The engagement minis are a great time to meet, chat, and get to know what is it like to work together. I see it as a dress rehearsal for both myself, and my couples. I want to know your chemistry, if you are nervous in front of the camera, if you hate public displays of affection, etc and I can find all of this out in just 15 to 20 minutes behind the camera. This is important because most wedding day timelines only allow 30 minutes with the bride and groom for photographs. I find engagement sessions so very helpful to plan out how best to capture authentic moments while photographing each couple. Believe me, no two couples are the same. We all have our own special personalities and its my thing to capture your love and hopefully some laughter. We all leave just a little happier, and more smitten for each other. Yeah, I fall in love too.

This week Aaron and Kristi will be wed. They have great chemistry and were super fun to photograph. They met through mutual friends and they began their relationship just the same, as friends. Finally, they clicked over Mario Cart 64 and hours of talking. Now they see each other as best friends. Aaron had no problem getting Kristi to laugh and he was all smiles. They have a love for travel, and I wish them all the best in their adventures together. SO thankful to be photographing this loving couple.
