Mary and Sarah attended high school together so when she and her husband to be selected us to document their wedding day we were both excited and honored. During their downtown Ann Arbor engagement mini session we not only got to know them better as a couple, we also learned more about their wedding day and helped to plan out a few logistics. Huge wins all around – plus it was a perfect day with perfect weather to be walking around the perfect little city.

Mary and I are lovers of antiques and history. What fun we had on Ryan and Sarah’s wedding day at the Howell Opera House, a historic theatre that is being restored in downtown Howell. The large windows upstairs in the theatre provided lovely dramatic lighting for their “first look”. Ryan and Sarah were both equally excited for this day after many years of dating. The bride wore her mother’s veil and was surrounded by her closest friends each wearing a unique navy gown. A classic Riviera driven by her dashing brother provided the perfect getaway car and despite a few good luck sprinkles we managed to stay dry all day!
