We met up on a fabulous June evening. The sun played peekaboo with us behind cotton candy shaped clouds as I shared with the couple all of the best poses and learned how best to photograph them as a couple. While photographing my couples I always love to hear how they met and knew they were in love. So, here is the story with a few favorites images from their engagement session to enjoy! <3

How they met ::

Fall 2016…at Taylor University in Indiana on freshman move in day. Graham was an upperclassman and was assignment to help the freshman on move in day. Courtney was moving into the dorm as a freshman. Courtney’s roommate’s mom grabbed Graham and his friend to help arrange their room. Graham and his friends stayed for an hour helping move and lift heavy furniture around until the roommate’s mom decided she was satisfied with the layout. Graham was a trooper and he left an impression on Courtney. It wasn’t until a little later in the school year that they reconnected and soon started dating!

2020 has been a year… This couple hasn’t allowed the pandemic to call the shots on when they will wed. I just can’t wait until tomorrow, July 25th, for them to say I do! <3 <3
